Our usual shipping times are 2-4 weeks for most orders. During busier, peak periods, we ask for up to 3-5 weeks. We also offer a 1-3 week artwork queue skip option, though this is not available during busy periods. These times vary because your artwork is completely unique and custom, and we have a full team of artists working on your one of a kind masterpiece to ensure optimum quality. We also have an internal artwork review team to double-check all the finer details of your masterpiece.

All orders take on average 5-10 days to be created and shipped. This can increase to up to 20 days during sales periods (Christmas etc). At checkout we will provide you an estimated delivery time, and this is the time you should follow in terms of expected delivery.

All orders go through an artwork quality check as well as a product quality check. This ensure you receive the highest quality print.

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it’s available.

Rest of world: 10-21 working days

Please Note:

• We offer ‘skip the queue artwork creation’. This shipping options speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your photo to the front of the queue for our artists. This does not speed up the courier’s shipping time.


Returns & Exchanges

 At Filaa, we strive to offer you the most realistic, highest quality portraits possible. Before being shipped, all orders pass through an artwork quality check and a product quality check. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns because of the customized nature of art products we produce. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer support.

If you received the wrong product, size of print, or your product was damaged during transit, we will replace it without question.

If we determine that the art is faulty, we will replace the product.

You can receive a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion, minus a 50% fee. 

Bad Photo Policy

It is your responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that adheres to our Photo Guidelines. Low-quality photos will result in low-quality artwork.

We will reach out to you via email requesting to submit a new photo, if after 48 hours and we did not hear from you, we will go ahead and continue processing your order. We will do our best to make it work but it might not be up to the Royal Portraits standards and will cause delays with your order so please make sure to follow our Photo Guidelines.

Note: Failure to submit a new photo does not warrant a refund. 

Remake Policy

All portraits are final and we do not offer remaking any artwork so please make sure to follow the Photo Guidelines.
